Andreas Fischer was born under mysterious circumstances sometime in the 70s. He spent his early life in Butte, Montana, the home of daredevil performer Evil Knievel. Andreas was cared for by Knievel's mother's pastor and his wife who gave Andreas his name. Credible sources speculate in fact that Andreas is the illegitimate son of Evil Knievel, a possibility on which Mister Knievel refused to comment right up until his death last year.  Andreas’s early childhood was filled with turmoil most likely due to the erratic context that the Rhinestone cowboy life of Butte provided.  For a bit of calm (or as some claim for a certain family member to escape mounting gambling debt) the Fischer family moved to Iowa where Andreas developed a deep and calming attachment to his bicycle - since there was little else to occupy his time.  Over the years his cycling obsession continued right along side his passion for attempting to perfect the making of potato, apple, and corn based alcoholic beverages, and the occasional evening of sitting alone in a dark room listening over and over again to Abba's “Winner Takes it All.” Today he is highly fortunate to have been granted membership to the Vitaminwater-Trek Cycling team and hopes to use its reputation to improve his somewhat questionable standing in the community.
